Ahmed Ezzat works across graphic art, collage, painting, and more recently, sculpture. His work draws on Egyptian popular culture, reinterpreting familiar themes that evoke memory, humour, and everyday life. Influenced by naïve art, he brings a personal and often introspective perspective to his subjects. A distinctive element of his practice is the use of recycled materials, particularly consumer packaging, reflecting a commitment to accessible and imaginative art.
His work invites the viewer to rediscover the familiar – seen anew.
