ARCHITECTURE BY VICTOR SOBKI
Victor Sobki is an Egyptian architect and interior designer known for a distinctive aesthetic that brings together oriental elements, Art Deco, and a distinct contemporary flair. His work moves seamlessly between architecture, interiors, furniture, and set design, always guided by a strong sense of atmosphere and detail.
Over the years, he has worked across a wide range of projects, including private residences, hotels, restaurants, and cruise boats along the Nile and Lake Nasser, as well as the restoration of religious and historic sites.
His work extends across Egypt, Europe, and the United States.
Alongside his architectural practice, he designs furniture and lighting and has worked extensively as a set designer and art director for film, television, and media productions.
Sobki approaches each project as a complete world – shaping not only the structure of a space, but also its materials, objects, and visual language. His work reflects a deep connection to Egyptian craftsmanship, interpreted in a contemporary context.
